I walked about 9 miles today.
I’m going gluten-free for a week to see how I feel since my stomach has been kind of weird lately. Also it’s summer and I’d like to be more lean. About a year ago, I was doing pretty strict Paleo but I missed my greek yogurt too much so I just can’t do that again. My friend and I walked a 7 mile loop around Lake Union and when it gets warmer, I plan on running it. We exchanged awkward dating stories and took awkward photos together.
