10 reasons

Here are my top ten reasons:

1. To be healthier and know that everything I put into my body is nourishing & satisfying.

2. To have more self confidence and feel great about how I look.

3. To live longer and fight off many sicknesses and illnesses. 

4. To be able to see my collarbones and thigh gap but not in a gross, i-am-too-skinny type of way.

5. To have abs instead of a rolly polly tummy.  

6. Crop tops & bikinis. 

7. To be able to go on vacation with my family and friends without saying, “no, i’m busy”. That is just code for: no, I do not want to wear a bikini and show you my stretch marks.

8. To step on the scale and be happy with the number.

9. To be able to complete the warrior dash and a 5k.

10. I’m going to be honest with this last one, to finally be in a real relationship. Guys will be more attracted to me but most important, I won’t hold back with them because I am so disgusted with my body. Yes, I am doing this for me..But I would be lying if I said it is also to have a boyfriend.
