it doesn’t have to be healthy i am not going to eat it, just to be nice i want to bring something.

here are the details:

14 oz (1 can) almond milk
1/2 container vanilla Greek yogurt

If this means Maccas, KFC etc- I can’t remember the last time I ate those. But including Subway, or a sandwich from the local cafe- then yes, about once a week.

Lots of people like counting their daily calorie intake. If you’re only cutting back on how much you eat, and you are not exercising, then I guess counting calories is the only weapon in your arsenal.
When people decide they want to go on a diet, they create some insane guidelines, like eating 500 calories a day, and then they’re shocked! disappointed! angry! that they don’t...
Fucking binged again
Just so stressed because I went to the doctors and I’ve been trying so hard to gain but no I maintained personally I am happy w that and my weight but nobody else is I’m too skinny I’m too this I’m too that- I hate it all and want it to go away- my doctor says my weight is fine as long as I don’t get lower but that’s not good enough for my friends family...

Whoop I feel like speedy gonzalez after this run! I was so close to setting a PR too. My 5k PR as of right now (okay that’s .1 miles more ha) is 25:32! Run of the day? CHECK!
