"How did you make the carrot fries?! Sounds amazing! c:"
SO easy! Preheated the oven to 235 (yes very low temp) and cut the carrots very small with a knife in a fry shape- I put them on a baking sheet on parchment paper. I sprayed the parchment with canola, then put the carrots, then sprayed them with canola as well :D I baked them for about 45 minutes on each side, so 45 then switch them over and 30-45 more minuted. They are delish! You can add spices to season them up, some sea salt, whatever you want! I also do this with sweet potatoes and sprinkle cinnamon on top as well as make “apple chips”
"What is that chocolate frosty thing that isn't a chocolate frosty?! Can I get the recipe, please? :)"
OMG yes so easy- Legit in my personal oyster blender I blended chocolate whey, ice, and water. I do not and did not measure it out, I always make this recipe and just eye it. However, I do use probably 2-3 scoops of whey to make it wicked rich and way more ice than water :) It is so delish! I have also done it with strawberries and creme whey- Sometimes I add natural peanut butter, walnuts, or pb2 to it as well! Another great idea is blending frozen fruit no sugar added with a tiny bit of water to make a fruit icecream :)
