Hello! I am 22 and living a fit and active lifestyle. I not only love to workout, but I have learned that it is the only way to cure my high anxiety problem. I am very good with nutrition, I am on my path to becoming nutritionally conscious once again as well as less stressed. I have struggled a lot this past year but I will keep moving forward.
