my personal belief is that rewards are the MOST effective way to stay on track. Even if it something small and doesn’t cost any money like picking a flower from outside- literally. It will make you feel accomplished, better, and FAB U LOUS about yourself! If you need help setting up a goals and rewards system, message me :) Remember, start your rewards off small and then gradually increase them (price wise) for two reasons. A- you will have more time to save up for the bigger items and B- it will push you harder. GOOD LUCK, you can do it :)
