Rewards for Goals!
130- new nike sneakers
125- facial & out to eat for sushi
120- mani/pedi & pinkberry
115- new hair cut/trim & nailpolish
110- new wardrobe (if satisfied) & start up tanning again
my personal belief is that rewards are the MOST effective way to stay on track. Even if it something small and doesn’t cost any money like picking a flower from outside- literally. It will make you feel accomplished, better, and FAB U LOUS about yourself! If you need help setting up a goals and rewards system, message me :) Remember, start your rewards off small and then gradually increase them (price wise) for two reasons.
